BMH Feedgear have developed a unique computer program for simulating the path of a bottle as it feeds into and out of a machine. This is extremely useful when designing starwheel pockets for unusual shaped containers. With the aid of this program we are able to gauge precisely the clearances required as a bottle feeds into the infeed star from the feedworm, and transfers from starwheel to starwheel as it passes through the machine.

Our feedworms are manufactured on purpose built machines with a software program that was developed with the assistance of our local University. Every feedworm is bespoke and tailored to suit each individual bottle. We can guarantee though that the feedworm you order today will be exactly as the replacement you require in 10 years time.
