We not only manufacture Stars, Centre ploughs and Feedworms for Rinsers and Air Cleaners but we are also able to supply neck grips as and when required. The set of parts shown to the left is for a 24 head left to right rinser.

FILLING MACHINES

Whether you have a stand alone filling machine or a filler/capper blocked together, we can supply your Changeparts. One major benefit with our parts is that they can be supplied with captivated hand knob bolts, this eliminates the need for tools when carrying out change overs. Not only that, it saves on downtime, no more looking for the missing bolts, the bolts always stay with the relevant parts. You will note throughout our website that we can supply parts in a range of different colours, this is useful for colour coding a specific line, machine or product range

LABELLERS

BMH Feedgear have successfully supplied many customers with parts for rotary and in line labellers. Our experience with bottles which require label application onto a specific embossment within the bottle design is second to none. BMH have successfully supplied numerous customers with parts for side wall spotting as well as base spotting.

BMH Feedgear have developed a unique label platform cartridge to ensure the smoothest possible transfer at the infeed and discharge points of the labeller turret.

CAPPING MACHINES

BMH Feedgear have a vast experience with regards to capping machines, be they stand alone indexing cappers, stand alone rotary cappers or rotary cappers blocked with a filling machine. For profile containers, stopping the bottle spinning whilst applying the cap is not an issue. If you find yourself in a situation where you need to cap round bottles and do not have the facility to stop the bottle spinning when the cap is applied, look no further, we can supply you with an anti-spin belt system to overcome this problem.

MISCELLANEOUS

Besides the run of the mill rinsing, filling, capping and labelling machines, we have made changeparts for numerous other machine ranges. For instance, in the aerosol industry we have manufactured for Crimping, Gassing, Test Bath, Buttoners and Check Weighers. Parts supplied for the aerosol industry are manufactured from anti-static material, to date, anti-static material is only available in one colour, Black. Other machines we have made for include Cap Sorters, Capsulars, Orientating, Inspection and Leak detectors
